1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") constitute a public offer and govern the use of the AB-Labz service (the "Service").

The Service is operated by the AB-Labz project team (the "Operator").

By registering, accessing, or using the Service, the user fully and unconditionally agrees to these Terms.

2. Description of the Service

AB-Labz is a software platform for running, analyzing, and managing A/B experiments, including complex experimental designs, metric analysis, forecasting, and analytical tooling.

The Service is provided as part of a closed beta program. The functionality of the Service may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

3. Registration and Account

To use the Service, the user must create an account.

The user agrees to:

  • provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration;
  • keep their login credentials secure and confidential;
  • not share account access with third parties.

The user is fully responsible for all activities performed under their account.

4. Acceptable Use

The user agrees to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

The user must not:

  • use the Service for illegal activities;
  • attempt to disrupt or interfere with the operation of the Service;
  • gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data;
  • create excessive load on the Service infrastructure;
  • copy, modify, or distribute the Service without authorization.

5. Analytics, AI, and Decision-Making Responsibility

The Service provides analytical tools, calculations, forecasts, and recommendations, including outputs generated using artificial intelligence.

Important:

  • • The Service does not make business decisions on behalf of the user.
  • • All analytics, forecasts, and recommendations are provided for informational and advisory purposes only.
  • • The user is solely responsible for interpreting results and making decisions based on the Service output.

The Operator does not guarantee any specific business outcomes, including improvements in metrics, revenue, or conversions.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Service, including software code, interfaces, design elements, and documentation, belong to the Operator.

The user retains all rights to the data uploaded to the Service and is solely responsible for the legality and correctness of such data.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis.

The Operator shall not be liable for:

  • any direct or indirect damages or losses incurred by the user;
  • loss of data where such loss results from actions initiated by the user, including deletion or modification of data.

In all cases, the Operator's liability shall be limited to the minimum extent permitted under applicable law.

8. Suspension and Termination

The Operator reserves the right to:

  • suspend or terminate user access to the Service;
  • delete user accounts in case of violation of these Terms.

The user may stop using the Service at any time by deleting their account.

9. Changes to the Terms

The Operator may update these Terms at any time.

The current version of the Terms is always available on the Service website. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable at the Operator's place of operation.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
