Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") forms part of the Terms of Service and applies to all use of the AB-Labz platform. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.
1. Platform Integrity
You must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, its systems, other customers' workspaces, or any related infrastructure.
- Circumvent or disable rate limits, access controls, authentication mechanisms, or any other technical restrictions.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the platform or its infrastructure without prior written authorization from the Operator.
- Create excessive load on the platform's infrastructure, including through automated requests or bulk data ingestion beyond what the platform is designed to support.
- Introduce malware, viruses, or any other harmful code into the platform.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform or the data of other users.
2. Account and License Use
You must not:
- Share, sell, sublicense, or transfer a license key to any third party or entity other than the licensed organization.
- Share account credentials with individuals outside the licensed organization.
- Create accounts under false identities or misrepresent the licensed organization.
- Use a free (Solo) tier account for commercial team use that falls within the scope of Corporate tiers.
3. Data and Content
You must not submit, upload, or process data that:
- You do not have the lawful right to use and process.
- Contains directly identifiable personal data (such as full names, email addresses, national ID numbers, or financial account numbers) unless this has been explicitly agreed with the Operator in writing.
- Falls under special categories of personal data as defined by GDPR Article 9 (health, biometric, genetic, racial, religious, sexual orientation, or political data) unless explicitly agreed in writing.
- Could be used to identify specific individuals from aggregated or pseudonymized datasets (re-identification attempts).
- Infringes intellectual property rights, trade secrets, or confidentiality obligations of any third party.
4. Lawful Use
You must not use the platform:
- For any purpose that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
- To facilitate discrimination, harassment, or harm to any individual or group.
- To process data in ways that would violate individuals' rights under GDPR or other applicable privacy laws.
5. Reverse Engineering
You must not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code, underlying algorithms, or trade secrets of the platform. Automated scraping or bulk extraction of data, interfaces, or content from the platform is prohibited.
6. Enforcement
The Operator reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of this AUP and to take appropriate action, including:
- Immediate suspension of the Customer's access without prior notice.
- Permanent termination of the account and license.
- Referral to law enforcement where required by law or in response to criminal conduct.
Enforcement of this AUP does not relieve the Customer of liability for damages caused to the Operator or third parties.
